The Shades Valley YMCA will offer evening childcare on a "Drop & Go" basis for youngsters of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students and faculty, beginning January 5.

Students enrolled in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøevening undergraduate and graduate programs and ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøAfter Sundown non-credit courses, as well as instructors, can drop off children, ages 6 weeks to 7 years for care 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Fees range from $10 to $15 for one child, depending on length of stay, plus extra per additional child.

Participants do not have to be a YMCA member to use the service.

Parents must complete a registration form in advance and show ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøidentification. Forms may be picked up at the Shades Valley YMCA, 3551 Montgomery Highway, or the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøMetro Programs office in Dwight Beeson Hall at Samford. For information, call the YMCA at (205) 870-9622.
