Leadership Samford
Leadership ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøwill allow ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø faculty and staff to practice organizational leadership competencies. Using a small cohort model, participants can expect to gain an increased sense of calling, vocation and belonging to the work environment, effectively lead and influence colleagues and teams, and familiarize themselves with how Christian faith, communication and respect undergird their understanding and navigation of complex university environments.
