Caroline Adams serves as the Director of Student Success in the School of the Arts. In her role, she provides strategic leadership, student support, and program development to enhance the academic, spiritual, and artistic growth of students.

She is a graduate of Auburn University and University of West Alabama. She has worked across various departments in higher education from admissions and advising to program development.

In the community, she is a member of Samford’s Legacy League and Faculty/Staff Advisor for Samford’s Rho Delta Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi. She, her husband, Jeremy, and children, Jasper and Mary Elizabeth, live in Gardendale and are active members of St. Henry Catholic Church.
